We deeply know that they aren't real women but what they are fighting for really are equality of rights -- meaning a transgender woman has the same rights with a real woman. However, prior achieving that right they need to prove that their state of mind goes well with the gender they choose -- as such they need to undergo psychological tests and complete change (name, gender, organ, hormones, etc.). Failure to prove will mean that they have gender identity disorder. So if being a transgender does not cause distress or there is contentment with the chosen gender then these are indicators of having a legal state of mind. This is the case of Jenna T. From an early age of 4, she knows that she is a female under a male's body. And to emphasize that more, she completely lived as a woman. Her gender in her licenses and passports are female, her name was changed from Walter to Page to Jenna, she has a boyfriend, and a lot more things to consider.

We have to hold our horses here hehehehe . What rights are you talking about ? The right to be a WOMAN ?

Do you really believed that HE knew as young as 4 years old that HE was supposed to be a SHE ? Do you really believed that excuse ? Being a person who is a FEMALE by paperworks does not hold anything . Do you really believed also that when she applied for public documents , HE openly declared HIS true identity and gender ? Of course not , heck HE should even be persecuted for FALSIFYING PUBLIC DOCUMENTS .

My question is , is there such thing as GENDER IDENTITY DISORDER ?

I can change my name to the most alluring hip chic names you can imagine but that does not constitute that I will be a FEMALE instead of a MALE just because IVAN is in the normal state of mind and is now ISABEL .

Other than that , the GENES that made you a MAN instead of being a WOMAN is ABNORMAL and thats just it . They just probably saw a loophole into it and took that advantage because anyone with the right channeling of the mind on what is RIGHT and WRONG knows that a TRANSGENDER will never be a WOMAN .

Naa koy na read na article regarding the state of mind sa mga gay ... according sa mga scientist nag research ana, they are curable naa lang daw part sa brain that control sa organ na instead of Male na Female siya ... tambalan na siya at young age daw, unfortunately ang tambal is not yet available.
