..ive been an applicant before and ive got hired last monday..data entry specialist, 12k ang starting, but murag mo limpyo ug 10.8k..working days is from monday - friday only..goodluck sa mga mgJO pa dha..

Hey Guys ! Who are applying for Data Entry ! this comment here is very realistic, i've ask the HR Princess the Salary range for Data Entry is within 10-12k ONLY. She confirmed that after i took all the recruitment process, that's why i didn't proceed with the JO since it's the same thing that the 2 Shiftleads told me during the final panel interview. 12K or nothing and that's it. ..very realistic...and indeed true.

I've confirmed from the 2 shiftleads during the final panel interview that the work load is purely Data Entry for username,emails,passwords of a job hunting site like jobstreet and jobscore, plain and simple. That's why they are giving away 10-12k offer and that's that. I tried to negotiate since i have a Data Entry Experience with Odesk for almost a year now. Still the same offer 12K, nothing more nothing less..

I asked the HR Recruitment,"the only hr" Princess,she confirmed that they are a start up Company and the offer was 10-12K, an entry level job. I was able to butt in this question during her interview after the 3 sets of exam.

Wew ! Just took the 3 sets of exam last tuesday morning,passed all the test. Very tiresome and the exam is not for an average person.
During the interview with HR Princess, I asked her that why did the exam is too much for a Data Entry position,is there something new/special about the job. She answers nothing is special. They are just making it sure that all the Data Entry Personnel are of high standards and higher intellect the the average person. I asked her if that's the case will the salary be able to weigh same as the standard that they are looking. She replied it's only 10-12K,since it's a Data Entry job.
I okayd with it so that i will proceed to the final interview by the 2 team leads. Which was done later in the afternoon. They offered me 12K for startup + nightdiffs + HMO and that's that.
They will rescheduled me for my JO probably this coming Friday or Monday next week. I have second thoughts. So whatever will be will be.

the salary does not commensurate to the qualifications indeed , but for the kind of work "data entry" it is...just wondering how high their qualifications posted but the salary is not worth enough enough...anyways ok ra kaau man sad ila working environment nice ang office...just asking lang katong mga nag.JO na if unsay ilang work sched. night shift ba or what..?

noh.. gamaya ra jud diay sa ilang offer.. gamay ra pud ang 12k kuhaan pa na sa benefits. Night shift ba sila?

I think the pay is just commensurate to the data entry work. Medyo lisod lang jud siguro ang exams

i think basin gitas-an nila ang standard sa exam kay para to make sure nga ila makuha is within the standard sa client. basn complicated sad ang process sa task. though ang salary jud is gamay sya...maybe for starters okay na jd ni xa. magstart man jd pd ta sa gamay. great things starts from small begginings... =)
