^^ah ok. Right to ask why.. but HRs have the right NOT to give an answer. Unsa gud na klaseha oi...isn't that a mockery of my right to ask? We should not call it a right in the first place...

OT: there are a lot of cases sis nga you have the right to ask but it doesn't follow nga kadtong imong gi ask dapat jud motubag. Its not mockery. The right to ask can't be followed by the right to get answer. Naay daghan sample ana sa senate investigation

yes you have the right to know. pro its better to leave it as is. you said that the HR has slight inclination towards your application but come to think of it you are not the only one who applied for that position. you may did well during the interviews but i think someone did better than you. so in ana lng na. wa ka sayup pro naay mas maau pa sa ginterview nga dungan nimu.

o pwede jud unta ka mangutana nganu, or asa nga aspect wa kaabut sa ilang standard/s.. like sa interview ba, or sa written exam. kung sa written exam, asa nga part ato.. nangutana unta ka..

my take on this issue: yes, you do have the right to ask... but i think if all the applicants were given the chance to call back a Company's HRD just so they can ask why they weren't hired or why they didn't pass the exam/interview/or etc., di ba luoy kaayo pud ang company HR? i mean, sa usa nga available nga position sa usa nga company, pila kaha ang nag-apply or nag-ilog ana? hudreds or thousands maybe... unsa kaha mahitabo kung kana tanan manawag para mangutana ngano wa sila mu-pasar? imagine how many calls they would get in a day.. they'd be swamped with calls... hehehehe... and most of the time, if they don't call you, it just simply means that you're not what they are looking for... it's just time for you to gather up your wits then try again... good luck TS sa job hunting nimo... makakita ra lagi ka trabaho... dili pa siguro gyud na para nimo... =)

I think you have the right to ask why but they have also the right not to answer you. I am not an expert on this, its just my opinion.

I also need some advice.

I applied for a company in MEPZ 2. I passed all the interviews, tests and did the medical test. In fact I passed everything. The problem is I don't have a JO. They still didn't give me the JO until now. When I made a follow-up, they told me to be patient anyway I'm the strongest candidate for the position. For more than 2 weeks of no reply from them, I asked if possible I could get the x-ray result and pay for it since another company is gonna give me my JO as soon as I'm done with my medical test. I told the company in MEPZ if possible to get the x-ray result anyway I'm going to pay for it but still they didn't reply. I called them and told me they'll gonna take action on my message but still until now no reply from them. I really like the company in MEPZ but I cannot take the unprofessionalism of the HR. My application started September and final interview last October and did medical exam for the first few days of November. If you want to know the name of the company, it starts with T and ends with E. Thanks.
