Yes I know what I'm talking about. The Supreme Court is a collegial body. Sa mailad ra na.. and it appears it's working because you actually believe this was not done on purpose. Look at the numbers, 7 for, 4 against and 4 with no vote. Gi maneho ra na... They came up with the final numbers they would present and arranged themselves accordingly. Think about it. If it was a unanimous decision, it would have appeared more suspicious. Rather than focus on whether or not Corona is involved in this acquittal, read the decision and try and figure out what is going on. There's a lot of things mentioned in the decision that will make any thinking person wonder where justice in this country is heading. But I guess anything can be justified, in the interest of money and politics.

To all the Supreme Court supporters, explain to me how the Supreme Court can violate its own rules and not be called a hypocritical, Jester Court of Asia.

Once again the Supreme Court makes leeway for itself to violate its own Constitutional limits. It is not a trier of facts, only of law. But the Court made exception in this case. That's the problem with Philippine justice, palusot lang pirmi, asta ang highest court in the land. Our asian neighbors are absolutely correct in considering our justice system one of the worst in the region ranked down there with Indonesia.

So kung mo ingon si Alfaro nga naka kita siya nga silang Webb jd ang suspect kay diretso dayon? without evidence? remember 3 to 2 judges in lower court favor nga ang bug-at ang testimony ni Alfaro eventhough naay inconsistencies sa iyang testimony. So ang higher court nag based sa evidences...I don't know if saona gi present ba ang semen testing ni Webb og sa nakita nga semen nga naa ni Carmela. Mao karon na ngayo ang Supreme Court og DNA testing if tinuod ba jd nga kang Webb jd tong semen pero wala naman. Para nako sakto ang gi buhat sa Supreme Court.

How about Gerardo Biong...the chief inspector of the case nga gi apil sa NBI ug file kay iya daw gisunog ang evidence..He was a bodyguard/driver pud daw ni Sen Webb and recieved a big amount from them..But so ironic coz Mr Biong doesn't even know how to drive and if he did recieved a big amount of money ngano nagkalisod pa man sila, his house tawn murag barong2x ra and his wife even worked as DH abroad to support their family.
I saw an interview and he said nga dili man daw siya ang nagpasunog but ang mga relatives ni Lauro coz nanimaho na daw ug mo uli na si Lauro mao ila gipa sunog..The one responsible for the burning of the evidences even admitted that in the court pero wala daw hatagi ug weight sa judge..

former sen. webb said that they presented more than 400 documents but i think less than 50 ra ang gidawat sa judge... if ma fabricate pud ang documents ky lisod pud tignali i-fabricate ang US immigration mismo nga naa clay record sa entry ug exit ni hubert....

So the very fact that decisions are promulgated nevermind if they make no sense or are completely illogical means that the justice system is working? That's the dumbest thing I've read ever... Or how about the fact that a decision is rendered 15 years after the case was filed? Still working? Hahaha.. funny! You belong in the Philippine Supreme Court, with that amazing logic.
