i had a not so good run this morning, on the onset of having colds, itchy throat and feels like having a fever.

i ran with a runner freind from CRRC and had a fast paced start, but because of my colds, got wasted at the capitol site so shifted to slow pace. upon reaching the turning point at salinas drive, felt that i have recovered, so i shifted to moderate/fast pace up to the finish line..

i had a time of 1.00.53...

how about the others who joined, how's your run?

if that's your time, i think ikaw yung nakasabay ko bandang UP campus until escario, then iniwan mo na ako from there.....naka orange/white na adidas...if so, nagmeet na pala tayo....hehehe.. :mrgreen:

so ikaw pala yun bro. sorry di na ako nakapagsalita nuon dahil hirap na rin ako sa hininga ko nuon. nag-iipon ako that time for my last kilometer kaya nga pagdating sa Escario nag change na ako nang pacing ko towards the finish line. actually, nasa likuran lang natin nuon si staboringgi then sabi niya naunahan ka rin niya doon sa may Escario. he's kinda a big guy also wearing blue shorts and adidas shoes too. :mrgreen:

i idolize pipol who do exercise regulary specifically those who spend there time at abellana. ako mu jog ko dnha abellana every weekend tapos ma amaze jud ko kay even mga mothers and fathers kay still find time for exercise ba. dili man ko ganahanjud mga tawo na tambuk gud. gapakita ra na walay self discipline

guys, i think we've seen each other along the route or maybe closer or maybe each other's heel
if inkodell was 00:59:53, 760mmHg was 1.00.53, mine was 00:59:22.
Now that we've registered our time, let's award ourselves.
