i go for android..

for technical and techno driven persons, i guess most go for android cos it really offers a lot
and is open for development purposes almost to everyone..
apple users are usually the less technical, user-side lang, just trying to be cool..

this aint a hardware comparison i guess...android or ios obvsly talks about operating system... to knw the diffrence is to hav 'em both and compare...

apps and contacts backup is done automatically in android it doesn't need any third party apps like Cydia that makes Android a lot better
