    -light ***, such as foreplay, kissing, petting, cuddling can make u burn 34 calories in 30minutes and 67 in an hour.
    of course, u have to rest in between right? i mean, u can't just be doing that for the whole time!! so the calories burned during rest periods lowers down to 31 calories per 30minutes.

    soo.. u do the math and maybe, who knows, u might just lose those unwanted pounds and gain a very healthy sexlife with it!! haha [/b]
