ah, ok thanks! ako man gud 1 year na nag start work out nya kuha na nako ako weight sa ako height, 5'8" nya 7o kilos na ko, ako gi kuha ako BMI nay 16% fat na lang ko, convert na lang nako ako 6% fat into muscle, hehehe thanks !!!!
Lose the fat. Get your existing muscle fibers bigger. Di ma convert ang tambok to muscle. Good luck sa imong biyahe 'bay.
yeah, what i mean to say, ill stay 70kilos, but there is still about 12 kilos of fat in my body so i have to sweat about 6kilos of fat and bulk 6kilos of muscle, thanks any way!!!!
i started working out again recently. been doing it on and off for 10 years. current goal is still the same for years: more mass and definition. my routine is
day 1: chest and back
day 2: legs
day 3: arms and shoulder
day 4: legs
does the abs every training. 3 exercises per body part. 3 sets at 12-8-5 reps. training for my legs is a 1-hour run. rest day is the day after i do my running.
does this makes sense?
