    tambuk's tapenade spread on top of whole wheat bread/or your choice of bread with a dash of basil(fresh or dried) and slices of tomatoes(cherry or your choice of tomato)

    -optional- toast the bread with everything on it.

    lami sad ang sardines knang montano ako gamit then ifry sa kaugalingun niyang oil or knang canned lang nga nay tomato sauce nya iset aside ang sauce, ifry ang sardines sa vegetable oil, then paghimo ug sauce sa knang gikan sa can or from scratch with tomatoes and paprika and cayenne and lots of black pepper. or suka lang nga pinakurat. magtagbaw gyud sa kan-on haha.

    I'm not much of a cook but Breakfast is my favorite meal of the day and It's just now that I'm really thinking of eating different, delicious, and healthy recipes for breakfast.

    hehe..share ko..this is my own recipe

    gulay omelet or gulay pati very healthy jud..
    permi na ni gamiton sa ako mga aunties ug uban silingan...hehehe
    better e prepare night before para luto na lang diritso...

    1/4 kalabasa
    2 talong
    3 pcs. garlic
    1 big onion
    1 teaspoon iodize salt
    3 tablespoon cornstarch
    1 egg
    3 tablespoon crab meat

    shred kalbasa with its skin ang talong set aside
    slice garlic and onion until fine(as in gagmay jud au para d malasahan sa mga kids)mixed it with shredded kalbasa and talong
    add cornstarch (pero mu tancha ra jud ko)
    add the egg
    add the iodize salt
    add the crab meat
    mix...

    e fry na nimu xa..(gagmaya lang na mura ka mu cook ug burger pati kagamay or beef loaf ka gamay para daghan kaon ang kids...)
    wait till golden brown..(yaw e paig kay d na healthy)

    serve it with ketchup...

    wa lang share lang ko...
