I found a Ping Monitoring trick for MW2.

Navigate to the folder: 'program files\steam\steamapps\common\call of duty modern warfare 2\players' and open the file config_mp.cfg

Change scoresping_interval from 100 to 20, and maxbars from 4 to 10 (10 is the max).

This means that each of the 10 bars represents 20ms, with full green being 20ms or lower, and 1 red being 200ms or higher.

If guys here can test this and post a screenshot of their ping bars, it would be greatly appreciated.

bad luck tingali ka pag auto find sa servers, i just played around 10 games hours ago, walay lag.

Required ports for Modern Warfare 2 and Steam para, decreases lag and delay by tons:

* UDP 1500 (outbound only, no forward needed)
* UDP 3005 (outbound only, no forward needed)
* UDP 3101 (outbound only, no forward needed)
* UDP 28960 (inbound/outbound, must forward to act as a multi-player host, but no forward or inbound traffic needed to find and join games).

it's true promod help made cod 4 compete even more. But now IW.net is the one balancing the game, it's like an official PROMOD.

cyrus-kanca: This forums really don't promote piracy, private servers and such. And there is still no available Private servers for Modern Warfare 2. You can download modern warfare 2 via torrent but you can only play single player, if you want multiplayer, buy the game.

Garena, Hamachi, Private VPN's all are not working with Modern Warfare 2.
