just want to know your experience/s (feelings, thoughts, etc.) during your first 3-6 months working in a call center?

feeling nako sa unang panahon sa nagwork pa ko kay dli ko worthy kay ordinaryo ra ko na student sauna...akong english binayabas pud heheheh...ayo na lang kay natrain ug gamay mao tong na improve...

nwys, giswerte-an pud ko ato bisan late ko hing graduate bali oct after ko hing grad nag send dayon kog application...so by november nakatake nakog exams...mipasar kog 3 companies puro mga call centers.....usa akong gipili mao tong nakawork by december...and then on probation by january and then tuloy tuloy na until hing hawa ko.....

call center job...easy lang man...happy go lucky ang life...less responsibilities...no paper works not unless sood sa mga heads ug pahimoon ug mga reports hehehhe.....pero mostly happy life ang call center though usahay naay pressures....pero less responsibilities jud.... dako dako pud ug sweldo mi ato sa una...hehehhehehe....

well ako suggestions to the young pipol is to work hard while you are young save up and leave if you want money the callcenter is the place to be fast paced life with fast paced money but if they offer retention dont accept. its the worst kind of que its cancellations

diverse kaau ang lifestyle sa call center, tanang klaseng taw naa dinhi kay wala man nagpili ug kurso ug edad basta kapasar ra ka sa exams and interviews.hehe

* sa sked, magadjust jud ka ug maayo labi na ma night shift ka or early morning.
* about day off and holiday, ay wa na! simang kaau kay walay holiday and mostly dili weekend ang day off, swerte na ka matunong weekend imo off.
* sa stress, 75% and above gyud pero depende ra sa taw kung unsaon niya pag handle sa stress
* career growth? depende sa company, kasagara dagko na call center kay ala jud career growth. maski pila na ka ka-years sa company kay agent ra intawn gihapon ka. pero naa sad nindot na call center na daghan trainings, paspas ang career growth ug intellectual pod.
* overall, imo kalipayan is sweldo ra. ahehe ay apil pod di-ay mga friends and outings and socialization and benefits, etc,etc. so dili man sad mazero if mutrabaho ka sa call center.

this call center where i am currently employed is my first employment.. i love the environment, the people - from the president to the newbies (i am one), and the 'free' food.. tungod ani nga call center, mukaon na gud ko ug apple.. i learned how to eat this fruit kay libre man gud.. sayang pud if dili nako kan-on akong share.. hehe..
