Blower, lenspen and microfiber cloth would do.
Use the blower first to blow off large particles of dust which might scratch the filter if you wipe it immediately. Then use the lenspen to clean the filter.
On location, you need to use two pieces of microfiber cloth. When shooting seascapes, most likely you would get sea spray on your filters. Use the first cloth to absorb the moisture in the filter. Then use the second cloth to finish it off. Make sure that you place the two clothes in separate pockets so that the second cloth won't get wet.
Also, make sure to wipe your filters with fresh water after shooting.

dpende kung gusto ka ug mogamit even daytime katong ND nga 9stops above, pero kung gusto ka from kadlawn-sunrise or padong sunset oks na ang ND8 (3stops). for GND Gray naay 3stops or 2stops. mas nindot katong fader hehehehe kay from 3stops to 10stops ba to sya.. nya price kay 8,000 sayanga oy hehehehe
