Hi, with all due respect to your post, I begged to disagree please. There's a difference between NOT LETTING them defend themselves, and they themselves NOT WILLING to come out and defend themselves.

Locking this thread will rob the chance off anghelita and company to defend themselves nga diba?

The reason why we are posting our situation here, is to, ironically, give a chance for anghelita to come out and defend herself nga po eh. Or at least, her friends could have read all these and inform her. Now, if she doesn't like to defend herself here, maybe, just maybe, may itinatago nga siya? Or sila?

Another reason, is to warn her "friends" from falling into the same situation as where we are right now. Remember a poster here, who claims to be one of her friends, mentioned "muntik na rin akong sumali" (something to that tune)?

The legal issue is another matter. I am sure we will get to that. As the checks she issued to me, using her newly opened BPI Express Gaisano Tabunok Mini Branch is also CLOSED ACCOUNT already. I might post the checks later, as new "proofs."

I think it wouldn't make too much of a difference at this point bro. I'm suggesting a LOCK because all avenues have been opened to inform all passers-by in this forum of the supposed scam Angelita has created.

We might save 1 or 2 people by keeping this thread alive, but count the number of people outside this forum who are deceived, the numbers here might pale in comparison.

I suppose by now, all victims who are actively participating in this thread (and their friends too) are in contact with each other. Why not seek legal remedies right now (even at the barangay level)? Perhaps, it would discourage her and her cohorts to pursue their racket, and it would probably save more people if they themselves would stop.

adto.a nlng ninyo ang last bank kung diin gikan ang checke, try ask kung makaprovide ba sila ug info ni angel... try lang... kung dili gani adto nlng mo sa palace of justice, i.file nu case... nya, request mo ug court order nga makakuha mo ug info ni angel sa mga banko kung diin siya nag.open ug account..

i.report sad ni sa nbi para ma.blotter nya coordinate sad mo nila para ma.trace ang location ni angel...

diba ma.consider nmn ni ug syndicated estafa kay daghan man ang biktima nya dili ra sad siya ang naglihok ani... sakto ba?.. kinsa'y abogado diha or nai revise penal code nga libro...

Much as we desire to close this thread, let us hear their versions too to show fairness in this forum. About sa suggestions niyo in dealing this matter po are all welcome. its a matter of time that justice will be served.

There are valuable lessons for us to learn here in this case not that we are the only victims here, but it will give us a better birds eye view how to handle things to those who will fall prey the same in this kind of predicament.
