i heard nga giwala na daw ang tier 1 sa qualfon? derecho na daw tier 2?
woaaaaaah. perti kalisud jud if thats the case. you will study about AT&T, VERIZON, TMOBILE billing system and other billing sys fr big US Phone companies kay reseller man ang account sa qualfon right? i heard naa na sad daw new account from TRACFONE to NETEN now, SAFELINK? 3 accounts then no increase in salary? although same ra ang processes sa 3 pero its an add on to a 'NOSE BLEEDING' calls hehehe

nope, naa japon ang tier 1...same ra japon ang sweldo maski 3 na ka account ang naa.murag very slight diff ra man ang 3.conect2x ra ghapon ang process.

ok raman ang qualfon, i've been there for 7months. human kay ni awol ko... tungod sa ilang xmas party pag 2007, na nag cater ra for 300 ka tao nya ang mga agents kay 1k kapin.. compulsory pa jud bogo man cguro taga HR a2 na time... mayta lahi na ila HR ron..

anyway, daghan pud kog na kat.unan sa qfon kato nag trabaho pko ngad2.. kay nka tabang sa akong second job.

for those who would like to know more about Qualfon...here are some negative issues that i can share...

*walay klaro ang computation sa sweldo
*force to work on day-off and force to work OT (as in pinug-sanay jud)
*every week mag change day-off...and i've experienced working 10-13 days straight (that's really possible)
*meeting after work...NO PAY!
*team building...kanya-kanyang bayad.

but the good thing is...YOU HAVE A JOB!...ok mansad kung mo try mo, basin diay makauyon mo didto.
