Sad to say but most of the foreigners think Filipino women wanted to have a foreign partner to elevate the status of her living and which is true. The status of living here in our country is the reason why our women are eager to have a foreigner partner to get out from the hell and which is true again. You may or may not heard that a Filipina women wanted to marry say for a example an American dude because he has a long and huge soldier boy . But of course its all about the money and it really doesn't matter whether he is a 30 years older than her.

Blame it to the corrupt leaders.

...and who's to blame for all of this?

i thank you for being realistic. it's a sad reality i should say, and there's nothing we can do to "undo" the impression unless of course Filipinas stop marrying foreigners, and we all know that that is very impossible.

I am in a relationship with a young, white guy...a European to be exact. He had been in the Philippines to meet my family. He even spent New Year in Philippines. We gave him a tour and he really adores the weather and beaches. He was so surprised to see "trisikad", "tricycles" and "jeepney". When he went back to his country, he showed the pictures to his folks and friends, bragging how wonderful Philippines is and they all envy him. He brought handcraft souvenir gifts for his friends and family. He keeps on telling me that he wants to come back again and again. He did not even care about plane tickets. That's how he loved here. Now, the thread starter's problem....

As for having grass at homes, Filipinos are not horses, goats, sheep or any grass eating animal.

Wow, my post has been censored by the mods. My, my, I must have been a very naughty, naughty girl. Too bad, the mod took the fun part.

hahai...paet sad ana nga bana.. why did you marry him by the way? hahai.. thats why ako i do not entertain foreigners chat... coz all i hear from them are bastos na words..all they want to do is cyber.. way katino-an jud!... anyway, i would like to ask lang ha, did he ever said the words "I LOVE YOU" to you? if he did then he's a lair, how can he love you when he cant even love who you are? you are a filipino, and he hate those stuff, yes its practically true, na corrupt ato government and all, but some are just too insulting, good for them they were born and got educated and have a lot of choices of work... intawon wui, dont expect everybody to be at the same level as we are, or as bill gates or Einstein, kay kung kita tanan bright, kinsa man intawon magpa ubos nato? kinsay mo sugot mag tindera? magpa helper? and blah..blahh.. as what i have heard sauna, reklamo ang mama sa guy kay bogo lagi daw ang helper, ana sad ang anak "ma, kung bright pa na si inday, or bsan tanan katabang.. kinsa may ma sugo2x nmo uroy?".... but im not thanking God for that, nga naay ubos nato or whatever.. ^^, mao lang...bow.

it's his opinion and he's probably right. i myself noticed some of what he says and it sucks, it's the government and not our culture like rice and fish..... but still, im proud of mah nationality and i can say say that when i die, it'll be here....... when i read the one saying street is the playground, hey! i think most of us here enjoyed playing out in the street when we were young.. that white ass just didn't experienced wat it likes to be out in the street.
