These are common issues when flying with budget airlines..delayed, cancelled flights and lost luggages.

Waaahhh..

Mag CebuPac raba ko this Friday kay ang ticketing agent namo dili sa mo-provide ug PAL tickets until Nov 30.

But then, wala pa nuon ko bad experience aning CebuPac.

i was in davao last week. flight was scheduled at 7:50 but as early 7:00 boarding already. we left davao
7:35. they announced that we arrived 25 minutes ahead of schedule.

Our Experience with Cebu Pac:

Hapit mi wala ka larga balik sa Cebu last September kay tungod anang Medical Clearance kay buntis ako wife. Sa diri pa mi sa Cebu niingon ang taga Cebu Pac nga dili na Valid ang Clearance pabalik but Pwede ra nga verbal like Motawag sa imo Doctor for approval, gani usual routine na kuno ang tawag.So, being said wala nami mag pa email ug Clearance kay pwede ra Tawag sa doki.

Pabalik nami. HK - Cebu:
Upon check in gabalibaran mi nga Expired na ang Medical Clearance so we have to get a new one. Amo gi lalis ang taga Cebu Pac HK Staff nga we were told nga okey ra ang Tawag sa Doctor because that's what Cebu Pac Mactan told us(grabe ng lalis at this point). So,Ni insist gyd ang taga HK nga dili pwede and we need to get a clearance so walay choice didto mi sa Doctor sa HK Intl Airport Clinic - Raffles. We paid 550 HKD. So pirti na lagota namo. gilalis na pd nako balik ang Station Manager sa Cebu Pac HK.. Hantud it come to the point nga Gipahimo nko siya ug Incident Report kay amoa ipakita diri sa Cebu kay mangayo mi ug REFUND.
Cebu nami..
Pag abot namo cebu gi adto dayon namo ang Station Manager Gipakita namo ang Resibo, Incident Report, ug gipangita namo ang Lady Staff nga nag advise namo nga pwede ra ang Thru Phone call approval sa Clearance (Indeed, pwede gyd diay ang phone call approval sa doctor and wala gyd mausab ang ila policy). So, gi reklamo gyd namo, ang kapaet taga Manila pa gyd nga Cebu Pac amo kastorya kay didto gyd bsta taga HK based imo concern... anyway, niabot ug 3 weeks wala mi hatagi ug Refund but instead, my wife was Given an International Round Trip Ticket tax paid na(Asian route).
Bottomline, atleast gibayran mi more than sa damage ila nahimo.

And for sure we will go back and Fly to HK again, YEHEEEEEEEY!

my experience with cebupac:

ceb to cgy:
flight was 230pm, we arrived 12nn pa. we planned to go to the airport cafe and go by 2pm, since 15 minutes before ang boarding time. when we arrived sa gate no., the staff in charge told us na closed na ang gate og gi byaan nami. sige daw sila page namo. like wtf? 2:30pm ang flight and nihawa sila 2pM?!?!
so we had to book the next flight but THRICE delayed ang flight, so we arrived at 9pm na sa cagayan.

cgy to ceb:
this was worse. we were delayed for 10 hours without us even telling a real reason why.

nakasuway sd ko CebPac, DPL-CBU boarding ahead of the scheduled departure.

@mrvs19 nganu mag board ahead man sila? dili ba unfair nga maayo kaayo sila mo board ahead den biyaan ang uban? nga ang assigned time gud kay 2:30pm pero mo larga 2pm na.

nya maayo pd kaayo sila kung sila ma delay.
