Try taking melatonin, it's available at mercury drugstores.

try to put ur mind at ease or at least talk to God for whatever things boders u.. prayer is a good therapy for that; allow GoD to intervene ur life, put ur faith to Him..pray before you go to sleep ... OR count up to 100 till u drift off.. sharo di ka mapul an ana...hehhheh
do something that bores u....
