Actually nagsugod naman... Ang fence humana.. Ang gisugdan karon kay ang shade napod (to protect the pedestrians who will be passing near the fence). Safety precautions has to be put in place first before starting the ground works..
Just like in Ayala, the "expansion" (first phase I guess) has already began with the construction of the new Jeepney Terminal since the mall cannot yet build the actual expansion building if the old jeepney terminal is still operating on the lot where it is supposed to expand..
