This is a good news to the city. So far, as we have observed, Cebu is getting more progressive. We can see new establishments within the city, development of real estates, city-wide road improvements, etc.

No offense to cagayan.anons, my mom's from cagayan and i like cagayan, but comparing CDO to Cebu, there's no contest, Cebu is way much better.
