    murag sakto man sad na ila pamaagi nga being high standard...? for me lng ha... di man sad gud basta-basta ilang buhat dra... U know na, mga americans, they want a very job well done and they think sa mga fields like that in LRDC, in order to get a job well done, they must hire people whom they think is best suitable..like people with experiences and very good scholastic records.. if naa man nangapply didto na thinking they are deserving unya wla sila nadawat let's just face it, let's face the fact nga dli tanan desires imu makuha....let's not talk about the company on how they are being "too much" and all....just not our luck sometimes..

    That's just not true, this might have been true in the past, but I know that's not the case anymore, my current team mate used to be a contractual, so with hard work, anyone can get a red string.

    sa amo dept. sa una k wla jud discrimination the contractuals are treated fairly with the regulars, 8s the guards who will do the discrimination.....

    nice thread... well appreciated ka a u ang Lexmark... especially to those ex Lexmark employees...
    but then y man gi biyaan nin u ang company if okay man kaha?... walay katagbawan sa income? hehehe

    Ask pud ko if wala bai age bracket limit sa applicants?
    How about if gikan na sa abroad ang applicant however mo fit sa ilang requirements sa job mo dawat pud kaha sila?

    anyway, kanang nanglarga basin needed jud mularga (family matters perhaps)...
    all i know, sa manufacturing dghan nanglarga before, don't know sa LRDC..y man sad muhawa mga taw didto dako man sweldo...

    I left LRDC years ago in search of better opportunities and to gain international work exposure, laktod pagkasulti tungod sa walay katagbawan sa income (sakto ka). Wala namay lain nindot kabalhinan diha sa Cebu, so walay laing choice ... abroad nalang. Plus my experience in LRDC, was really a plus factor when I applied for jobs internationally, it really boost my confidence in applying for more challenging roles ...

    dako lagi suweldo ngari +car, +free housing, +free food allowance,+medical insurance, no tax, +one month vacation pay, if ma u ang income sa company na ay bonus, then sa akong status pwuedi pako magdala sa akong family ngari with free air tickets once a year including 2children, free tuition fee sa kids (but limited amount) . ang ka apan lang dili ka stay dugay ngari ako wife kay nag work man sa Pilipinas. Ug dili na pud ko malipayon ngari.... lahi ra jud ako pamati basta na a ko sa Pinas...
    Life is too short to enjoy with the family.

    unsa imo desired job sa lrdc bro? Check out their career site kay nagka-anam2x na ug ka-hurot mga oppurtunities sa R and D didto.
