ur on the ryt track @ CL. just continue lang sa experience wyl u will be completing the exams whether asa ni na country. sa uban unta pod since period ra mn gyud ni ang status karon sa nursing recruitment, ayaw ka wa pag asa.

wyl waiting look for more info on other countries sa hiring process nila. ayaw mo ug rely sa mga agencies solely pangwartahan ra mo ana. u can always email sa mga nursing registry sa uban countries na di pa kaau strict like australia and NZ. ang UK karon ky lisod na naa na sila age range plus unahon nila ila nationals ug hire or pa skwela nursing pra di na sila hire from another country.

bisan asa as long as naa ka Masters na or bisan magstart pa lang ko. kung mau ka sa interview and they wud find u qualified for sure, they will hire u

Well, I'm not a new graduate anymore. I have been working as a staff nurse for 2 years now. I advice that you apply for a job as a staff nurse first in the hospitals you would want to work in (or better yet, in all the hospitals)....since it would take long for them to hire you. Then while waiting for hiring, or even while already on the job, you can review. If you want to take NCLEX, a self-review is enough. you dont need to refrain from getting a job just for a review. anyway if mu larga ka, you need experience man gyud. mas madugay ka if magpa dugay2x kag kuha experience.

naa kay point but d pod totally ma-deny that most employers will consider or look for some amount of exposure to atleast see where u stand sa imo skills. true, considered ang uban as new graduates but take note naa sad sila dri new grads na ila pa kalahi. unsay my difference nlang hinuon between us ug ang ila na mas mo prefer mn sila mo-hire internationally?

ang uban agencies na used lang to be head hunters sa mga hospitals ky still instructed to tell the applicant na "at least currently employed" man lang during d hiring process and others mo specify na bisan 1-2 yrs man lang. tuod, bya ta sa technology pero we got the patience and the deligence and easily ma-tudluoan ang pinoy plus dawat ta gamay sweldo first (which we thought while offered pa ta diha sa pinas na dako na dri, pero di diay)!

ang salaries pod mo depend pod na asa ka na state dapit ky naa mn sad sila state laws regarding this.

yes, I agree jud ani. Mas dako jud ang chances to get hired sa mga employers didto if you have experience. Its true na lahi didto ang standards og lahi pud diri, but it is here na u will learn the basics. I tell you, sa amo hospital, daghan kaayo mi volunteers working...they are even passers na sa tanan exams...pero intawn dili jud sila kahibaw..maglabad among ulo sigeg supervise. So mao na, dili mana enough ang theory2x lang imong nahibaw-an.. bahala'g maayo kaayo ka sigeg read anang libro, the best teacher is experience bcoz diha nimo ma master imo skills.

so im saying na, gain experience jud before ka larga.

hahay don't expect nalang gyud mo.. my gf graduated last year and passed the board exam last june..

dako kaayo gasto pagcollege but gamay kaayo sweldo... only 290 per day.. not enough gyud...

dili nalng ko mo mention asa cya na hospital ga work to protect the hospital's image....

Tinuod gyud na. napay daghan pajud ron mga tao gusto jud mu take og nursing nga course. unsa kahay naka nindot ana.. kapoy pa kaayo nga kurso, mahal gasto, nya kung mag trabaho pirti gamaya sa sweldo! maypa mag computer programmer dako pakag sweldo.

..amen to you mam! ako mismo, ganahan ko mag-experience sa jud una dri sa pinas before ko mularga sa kung asang nasud.. even if mu-ingon sila nga lahi ra ang environment didto sa gawas.. lahi ra ang patients.. ang culture ug unsa pa na.. pero the procedures and interventions are still the same..
..ok rman nang kamao na kaayo ka sa theories.. pero it needs to be put into action para ma-has2x imong skills sa imong nakat-unan sa skul.. lahi rman gud nang work najud ka as in work.. as in kanang ikaw najud mismo maningkamot para maka-kat-on ka.. ka -remember jud ko nga fresh grad ko ato then first few days sa orientation nako for work, mahadlok jud ko mu-suction.. kay sauna gud student ko, igo ra ko tan-aw, la ko kasuway ug hands-on.. then kung staff na ka kay ikaw na bya jud tanan.. d bya ka pwd manawag permi sa inyong charge nurse para mu-suction lang ug patiente.. hehe.. so ikaw mismo dapat kamao na jud ka..

..grabe! work jud ang naka-add sa akong learnings ai.. sa libro murag sayon ra kaayo tan-awn pero sa tinuod lisud jud.. labi na katong mag-change ug colostomy bag.. sa book kay la byay baho.. sa tinuod kay, sus! kung pwd lang kimpitan imong ilong the whole procedure.. hehehe.. ...

..ako sad! i like teaching.. someday if ma-feel na nako nga d luoy ang students nga akong i-handle, hehehe.. sa pagkakaron gud kay i'm still hungry for learning.. for myself.. and it's hard to teach when u only have little or no knowledge at all of wats in the real world of wat u are teaching.. that's my view mao hesitant pa ko ron mag C.I. hehehe..
