Nagaluto ko sa balay and honestly, 20K is not enough if you live in Tokyo. I do not know what kind of food you eat nga madala lang og 20K (yen) for one month. You are a girl (i think) so you could be eating less than a normal person. I buy rice, meat, vegetables, milk, juice, bread and stuff sa supermarket and with that kind of spending, dili madala og 20K in one month. Dili ko nagatihik when it comes to food.

maybe i dont have a big appetite..i can only consume 5 kilos of rice (2Kyen) and I budget 4500 yen weekly for meat, fish, vegetables, fruits, eggs. i cook adobo which lasts sometimes for 2 days, tinolang manok, sinigang, paliya, tortang talong, or anything basta within the budget. I usually go to Seiyu or Tokyu store after 8pm kay daghan discount. Sa Lumine kay every 8:30pm kay naa cla gipang pack na tag 1050yen worth of assorted seafoods. sometimes ang original price sa pack is 4kyen. i have 50k yen meal allowance pero ever since nag buy ko ug yuta and patukod balay, i tried to save little by little until naka learn jud ko how to spend wisely. pag first kay hurot pirmi ako allowance.

yes. foreigners can own properties in japan. you can buy a parcel of land if you can afford and use it either for business or private use. If mag housing loan ka, you need to be a resident and dapat naa ka guarantor. naa ko friend nga australian who has built 3 lodge houses sa Hakuba para pa rentahan. i think dili ra strict ang japan labina if maka afford ka.
