same problem here. multiple times in a day kelangan mag restart sa router, ma ok kadyot then balik nasad ana na error. bago rani gasugod mga 2-3 days ago :/

kay sige man ug uwan.. nya init.. uwan nasad..
magwala2 ang connection sa internet.. dayon ig balik.. DNS churva nasad..
need nasad e restart ang router mismo huwat mga 5 to 10mins para ma ulian..

how sad.. PLDT.. way lain..

So far my Internet connection is already. I can download movies and do a lot of research.

annoying self serve troubleshooting effin techniques lol

listen to "self serve troubleshooting techniques" and wait until u hear the "Most dsl problems...", then u can press 4 to talk to customer service...

if u really dont want to hear "self serve troubleshooting techniques", do this:

call billing and ask for inquiries, or anything, then let the customer service transfer you to DSL repair or Phone repair.

Haaayyyy... Grabeha ani ila DNS issues oi, sige lang ka disconnect nya unable to contact the DNS Server. Pastilan, unsa napud kaha ila issue, murag weeks nani sige ug ingani. :/
