Mga brad.. i believed some of you are having modem (def.) issues after nag strike to ang thunder and lightning a while ago? Anyway for those packages/plans above P999 (or P1.8K plus total monthly payment) pwedi ra man na ilisan, but for those P1299 below. You just write a letter for bill adjustment. Then ask someone else to give that letter to pldt if you are busy. What is important is the signature of the account holder.
