Unless you are someone coming from a VERY PROMINENT & POWERFUL family, otherwise reporting corrupt officials will only make you a laughing stock. There is no sense sa pag sumbong when the whole nation itself acknowledged and accepted the kabuang taking place in every LGU, let alone the National.

Tommy is just so weak in handling mental exercises that he almost always ends up in tantrums. If a person expects Tommy to be great, that person must be using illegal drugs to an extent. I just pray that you are not that person because the reality is very clear.

For Tommy garbage problem could be caused by the prev admin using under the rug solution and also illegal way of disposing garbage and the current admin is dealing with this issue legally and he probably is trying to elimenate these illegal way of disposing garbage which is harder but could give a long term solution.
But time will tell he has to work and focus on this or maybe make a study on recycling and garbage to energy conversion.

If you are really bent on his attitude problems not minding your own you always have the freedom to protest in the streets so your concern will be heard instead of making tantrumatic complains in forums which will end up no where.
