i have a 14 year old kid ( fack, i'm old hahaha ) ... i'm not worried one bit about these jokes of duterte or his bad-mouthing. Ever since, i've taught my kid that everything in this world is cruel and that there's but a small portion of the world that's good.

and why worry only on duterte's PU.TANG INA and all his cussing ?? when in youtube 80% of it's content is garbage. if you look at the local shows, all they give you are hypocrite-type tele seryes.

even the supposedly KIDS movies become violent ....

having said all that .... let's not try to be a wuss here by being affected with some slur language.


if you go out on the street and listen to normal people talk, it's filled with cussing, but they don't really mean it ... example is -- gwapaha ug uyab sa animal oi. naka swerte sad ang pinisti da.

ako sad TBH k part na sa akong parenting ang social media aspect k naa na fb akong kids(but aware mi sa ilang username & password), naa pud cla own utube channel to which ako ang admin...

kami sa una sa gagmay pami k kusog man sad mi mag badmouth ug foul language, kill/death joke, pina tagalog style ba... like..... "p*tang ina ka.. isang bala ka lng" ...... "hindi kana sisikatan ng araw, p*tang *na"..... "*tang ina mo,mag sisimba kang may bulak sa ilong"....

Hopefully masulbad na tanan. Or at least malessen. I have a feeling nga dli jd na mahurot ug kasulbad until the end of his term but at least we are seeing progress.

k base on my experience boss(based from colleagues and friends) k at least 3 generations ang pag rebuild ug nation... like sa SG it took them 3 generation to made it what they are now

I'd say he's working his ass of and for that I'm a happy camper.

I admit the bad jokes & foul language made me cringe once in a while as I'm not used to hear them especially on live TV (and worse only showing a clip of what he said without the context)! Of course, I hear these things in the streets and always crack a laugh. I can understand some of what PRRD is saying based on the context and events. I maybe wrong but I don't think I've heard PRRD talking foul in-front of other world leaders in an international forum/scene, APEC? except maybe complaints against EU, US, United Nations, etc. I think this only shows how PRRD is comfortable with Filipino communities by making the scene lively thru jokes, sarcasms and slurs (i.e. maayo mobangka ug istorya)
