    mga master....kinsa naay kaila mau mo taod ug color roof? kanang di ta li.ogon pud pag igo sa presyo.. .mactan lapu2x amoa...i know free estimatimation mana sila diba? mga next week mahuman na ug buhos sa mga haligi sa 2nd floor so more or less maka estimate na sila unsa ka dako magamit nga color roof... just send me PM kadtong naay mga kaila and if possible mas mau sila nlang pud mo taod sa trasis aron ma usa ra ang trabaho.. .

    Hi guys. Newcomer to this thread. I will be constructing a two storey house this year with floor area of 120SQ. M. (60sq.m. per floor). Would a 2.2Million budget be enough if I want an elegant finish to the house? Plano nako mokuha lang ko ug architect para sa design. Ug dili lang nako ipa kontrata para makabarato. Ako lang bayaran ang achitect to have a site inspection once a week. Thanks for the info daan.

    Agi jud architect master para sure and design ug foundation. Adtoa mga project niya para makita nimo iya finish. Mas daghan sila idea so basin imo idea mas panindoton pa.

    If ikaw naa primi maka bantay ayaw nalng pag kontrata niya. Drawing lang nga complete na (electrical/plumbing etc.) pirma sa civil, electrical, architect. Ikaw ngita foreman nga kasaligan. Ang foreman na bahala sa iya mga tao. Ikaw bahala sa materials palit.

    If wala ka pirmi ipa kontrata nalng kay alkansi ka in the long run. Kung ipa kontrata nimo, architect/kontractor bahala sa tana wala nakay problimahon, bayan nalang ka pero mahal mahal sad. If ikaw ikaw ra lisud kaayo pangita materials. Kapoy kaayo lakaw lakaw bisan asa para lang maka barato nya usahay sayop diay. Balik balik nasad ka nya usab usab if dili sakto. Stress jud ka if ikaw ra pero worth it sad.

    Kana imo 2.2M nice na kaayo na nga modern house. Sakto sad na if gusto ka magpa kontrata. Kung ikaw ikaw ra mas layo maabtan ana 2.2M.

    ready na ang floor plan 2 storey ni den total flr area kay 108 sqm.. nag canvasē pa lgi ko sa mga contrator.. namasin lang... bali 1.8M budget.. basin naa kay mka kaila boss... TIA

    Musta na kaha si TS(reypel), hope ok lang iya balay after atong yolanda(Nov 2013). Taga bogo baya to sya.

    Xyenxa kaayo wala pd kaayo ko knowledge ani sa requirements pag process sa building permit pero
    nakit-an nako ang post ni TS mao ni ang requirements sa Building Permit:

    copies blue print(sa ako nasabtan sa architect kay magpabuhat sa design dayon pa-copy ka blue print which is naa sa SM)
    Brgy Clearance(makuha lang sa barangay hehe)
    Land Title/ Tax Dec(if not titled)(sa ako na side makuha ni nako sa developer o tagiya gabaligya sa subdivision lot)

    How about ani nila pwd makahibaw unsai detailed process pag-kuha?
    Bill of materials
    Work Specification
    Tax Clearance cert
    electrical permit
    plumbing permit
    Fire Dept clearance
