@felinor
ok rana doh.. swerte pa gani mo sa in-ana nga sitwasyon.. hehe
well its my opinion im sorry if i said that, but then again can you blame me? i know you will react as well if you were in my situation, i was so pissed off, and i should say sorry to her as well sometimes makalimot ko sa kalagot and wala ko kaila niya kung unsa siya, but can you blame me?? i did read the training guide wala ga state didto nga damay ang tanan, individual ang grading dili by wave, bisag makitan or madungan diba ang kadto ra ang nisulti e memohan? she's there she heard them and kita siya kinsa to she even ask them asa nga klase? ngano man gyud e damay ang tanan. so im sorry for what i said in behalf sa ako wavemates and kalimtan nalang nako kay bati magsugod ug kalagot and karon nahuwas huwasan na ako kalagot.
You mean to say that calling someone a bitch is an opinion? or is more of an assumption or a judgment, perhaps, correct? opinion has been abused so many times.. you are old enough to know that if you have nothing good to say then you might as well shut up.. you know why i took offense about your so-called opinion? its bec. you aired your so-called opinion in the wrong forum, without affording my cct trainer the opportunity to defend herself... then perhaps you'd ask and say that she did not also gave you and the rest of the innocents the opportunity to explain, correct? well, you had such opportunity... when she gave you guys the memo, you should have questioned her right there and then.. you should have asked her why it was a class memo when only 5 spoke in the vernacular... or if you were afraid to ask her head-on, you should have asked your cct trainer to speak on behalf of the class.. compare this with what your doing to her here! you are underdoing training to be a customer service associate, try to learn how to be patient as early as now.. your apology has no use bec. the damage has been done and the act of deleting your previous posts against my trainer would do no good.. just a piece of advice felinor, do not speak when you are angry bec. you will regret it.. and pls when you say something stupid, do not, later on, claim this as a mere expression of your opinion!
i know my mistake and i will accept that sometimes wa gyud koooy boot. and i think if i will post either negative or positive it will have reactions and i need to stop that. cause in the end we are working in the same company and we should help one another kaysa mag libak, i know my mistake, my friends scold me sa ako gipost and also our trainer did inform me about my mistake im sorry from now on i will not post what i feel even if im on the highest of my emotion. and i should think first or ask someones opinion even though its not fair thats the way life is. and that trainer is just doing her job
kudos to you, felinor. it takes balls to admit your mistake. now lets all forget about it and move forward.

Hi people from CVG,
I would like to ask if you know any thing about CVG's process when it comes to educational background. Would they consider an aspiring applicant who was not able to meet the standard minimum requirement? I mean, I have worked with 2 different call centers here in Cebu,I was a TSR for both companies. Those were big companies too. I'm just wondering if they could take that into consideration, even if I have not completed my 2 years in college. Honestly, I've always wanted to work with CVG, a highly-developed company. I hope I could hear something from you people, if somebody here is from Recruitment Office, can I get a reply from you?
Thank you very much. Any response will highly be appreciated. ^_^
