boston right now is making a statement to any other team in the NBA. after making a history as the 2nd team to sweep a texas triangle sweep. The celtics are making a move to be the best team in the nba and making a homecourt advantage through the rest of the playoffs its was ray ray that placed a dagger on dallas after trailing by as much as 7 points in the fourth, pierce ignited a 7-0 run plus a james posey 3, that gave the celtics a 4 point bubble.... but the mavs went back as stackhouse fired a 3 point basket that gave the celtics a 1 point cussion but it was allen who was the big difference, coming off from an injury and missed the last 5 games, allen finished with 21 points , as he helped boston to a victory... the celtics right now are 6 games ahead on 2nd seed detroit...

BAD NEWS FOR CAVS

Swingman Ira Newble has decided to sign a contract with the Los Angeles Lakers, choosing them over the Cavs.
A source said the Cavs offered Newble a spot on the team Wednesday, but the two sides could not agree on certain terms of his return.
The Cavs traded Newble to the Seattle SuperSonics last month, but never gave away his locker. Newble was eligible to rejoin the Cavs on Tuesday.
The Cavs still have one open roster spot that they may fill by early next week.

although it's a bad new for CAVS fans, but i think it's a good decision for Ira, Lakers could use him.. I feel bad when he just sits on the bench....
