please elaborate more. wala ko kasabot. what happened.. and when was that?

wa ko kasabot sa style sa dayoff sa Q. Paid mo ana? Lisod i explain pero i'll try... Mao ni, if mag work kag day off dapat di ba imong sweldo madungagan unta ug 1 day ka nag work plus 30% kay you're not suppose to be working at that day nya hassle pa jd na kay rest day ta nimo so maong naay 30%?
Ang Nahitabo kay murag ang 30% ra man ang gidungag sa imong sweldo nya 6 hours ra pa jd so mga 50 petot ra jd ang ibayad sa imo while magtrabaho ka sa imong day off nya plite pa nako 4 rides tanan so murag 20 petot ra akong madawat sa akong pag hasol2x ug trabaho. kaduha gd ko ni working dayoff from dec. 1-15 so ga expect kog at least mga plus 700 sa akong sweldo sa 23 pero wa man nausab.

1st work pa nako to so wa kaaU ko kahbw sa style anang working dayoff. Wa man pd nako nakuha akong pay slip ato so wa jd ko kasabot naunsa na to. Please enlighten me. hehehe

PS. Even though wala na ko gatrabaho sa qualfon ron wa koy hard feelings actually if papilion kog convergys ug qualfon adto ko sa Q oi. Hayahay ra sa Q dah.

haha evry1 can be an SME dre nga company if ganahan cla hehe

and "supps" amd QA's always say "when i was an agent... blah blah" i dont think dat supp cud even be a level 2 agent in other CC sos kung mka dungog lng pwera gaba, and nanu walay points ang resolution ug grammar sa QA? instead katu mga nonsense nga ambot, hehe, you have to satisfy the QA than the respondent, anyway.. standards superiority "kudos" to you guys hahaha

for some guys in here that gets promoted all the way due to span of labor and other stuffs, we cant blame you to have bloated heads , if you dont mind that, you're agents does, especialy kung mka agent mug veteran sa bpo hehe

Naa ko'y friend na bag o palang nag start sa Qualfon.. Ingon sya na while on training naga take na daw sila ug actual calls.. Ang friend ko na stress kay first call center experience nya.. Kung wala pa mo'y experience I would strongly suggest na i try sa ang SYKES...

puede ra man undergrad. kato amo time basta at least 72 units ang imong napasaran or 3rd year status na sa college pero karon puede na daw ang highskul grad pero di ko sure.

1. nbi clearance
2. sss
3. birth certificate puede sad nso
4. medical certificate
5. nya health card man guro tong isa
6. 2x2 and 1x1 pic not sure kung pila kabuok.
7. tin no. if u hav any
8. ToR or student load or assesment or grade

bay, i think you're one of those agents nga gi refer sa uban as having an "attitude problem" coz personalan ang tira bah.... of course, your sups and QAs would say "when i was an agent..." because they used to be agents before they came to be in their present positions.

The QAs are following the guidelines set by Tracfone so of course they have to do their jobs otherwise kita tanan mawad-an ug trabaho.

If you don't like how the company works, then RESIGN! Ganon lang yan kasimple.... you're saying veteran ka sa BPO?? so it means daghan na ka call center nga gi-workan... which means YOU HAVE NOT STAYED IN ONE COMPANY.... so i'm wondering WHY Hunahunaa daw pag-ayo... it's possible ang problem is with you and your attitude mao "VETERAN" na ka sa BPO )

i wouldn't say that im a veteran, im just giving my opinion nonetheless, but lets just say that the company i am working with is hosting your voip mesh and gateway servers, which we also do in other cc's that use our soft and hard dialers, and your company uses our cheapest service, ang inyung avaya by the way ang amung pina ka daan nga firmware nga gi offer
