This is the official word:

The official word from the Miami-Wade County Assistant State Attorney is that they "cannot prove possession".
"while there was probable cause for the arrest of Udonis Haslem . . . the State could not prove Udonis Haslem's knowledge or possession of the cannabis beyond a reasonable doubt."
---
In short the evidence is not substantial to stand in the court, so no charges are filed.
Therefore, there is NO need for the Miami Heat to give Haslem any suspension, including the NBA. Unless there are more evidences that can be presented.
So for now, Haslem is ready to go for the training camp and of course, to play for the Miami Heat.
Report: Erick Dampier Signing With The Miami Heat Is Imminent
courtesy:sbnation
Sep 22, 2010 - Erick Dampier started the summer on the Dallas Mavericks. Since then, he's been traded to the Charlotte Bobcats, only to be released due to his $13 million fully non-guaranteed contract. Needing work, the 34-year old center looks to have turned to the one contending team that needed him: the Miami Heat.
Ira Winderman of the South Florida Sun-Sentinel is reporting that Dampier is about to sign with the Heat. Erick Dampier actually has gone through meet-and-greet process, and it now appears as if his signing is imminent, if not already done.
If true, this is a big deal for the Heat, who lack a center that can soak up minutes and defend top post options. Dampier is long known for being the posted boy for underachievement, but even though he was overpaid in Dallas, he was still a solid defensive player, a good offensive rebounder and a passable guy at plugging the middle. Miami's biggest weakness before this move was interior defense, and Dampier helps solve that.
Dampier would have to sign for the veterans' minimum, since the Heat forfeited all their salary-cap exceptions to clear enough room for LeBron James, Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh.
^^ Dampier would be a nice commodity for 1.3M. With his presence, interior defense of Heat should be stronger.
nice.. kana hinoon naa jud tarong center na dako..
gahi na jud au ila roster sa heat dah..
dampier should be a good fit para sad si bosh muduwa sa PF then Dampier at C.. Haslem loves to come off the bench in PF position together with Big Z at C.
Kaning tanan distractions sa Heat karon, well motivation ni nila to prove the critics are wrong..
nndot kaau oie na nakuha nla c dampier..
pwrting gamita jud sa center ky wla cla tarong center..
karong. 3 superstart.. PF,SF,SG
^^ Actually wa pa nila nakuha si Dampier pero dako ug chance na mo sign siya with the Heat.
even if they have the power 3, we still cant be sure na sila maka sangka sa lakers, theyre are still teams to beat.
ang coach sa heat will still figure out their offence power kung knsa jud ilang 1st option scorers, and the chemistry pud wla pako kita sa ilang dinuwaan... lets not jump conclusion yet coz the BALL is round...
