naa jud camera na guba because of the rain?!?!??! kuyawa, my cam got a little wet but it was always in plastic, the hood and the front part normally got wet but it wasnt so bad, id rather get wet than my cam

To those who have ladders, I suggest have it modified to have wheels with lock para sayun ninyu ipa dagan hehehe - ge hasolan ko tan aw ninyu. I hope you really got great pics.

no offense... maka disgrasya tingale ng LADDER w/ wheels (modified or not).. it's really up to the fotogs themselves rajudug unsa-on nya pag manage sa iya equipment....

Sinulog was sooo fun. Bahalang giuwan. But still I can say that the security was so lax. Ako mga peeps, mo amin ko. Wala ko nibayad for the photo contest. But I can go anywhere in the parade. Mokuyog man gani ko sa mga photographers and all of them are so friendly. I never encountered someone who ask me where's my ID. Pasudlon man pd ko sa mga tig bantay. Ako ra ipakita akong Canon nga DSLR. Pasudlon mn dayon ko. Bwahahaha! I dont even have an ID or a vest. I'm just wearing a Sinulog TShirt. I also have my Canon Bag with me. So, sa akong dagway, murag pd ko og photographer without the ID and Vest. I'm not saying I'm proud of what I did. As long as wala ko nakaabala sa uban photographers og sa mga contingents, ok ramn sa akoa bahalang paugatay kaayo ko. Hehehe. But next year, I'm really gonna pay and join the contest.

max of 10 entries... ok lang if mag concentrate ka sa isa ka category.. if lampas sa 10, bayad ka 30 per pic..

precisely. mao bitaw nga natingala ko nganong mo-limit ug 2 per category sa atong 10 free entries nga pabayron man gani ta'g P30 per add'l. entry. in my understanding, there's no limit per category....

depende man pod if unsa ka taas imo expectation sa imo 750, if imo gi expect kay VIP status well dili gyud na pwede. some if not most sa ako mga kaila kay sulit ra man daw ang 750, wala na man gani nangwenta, we're able to shoot with friends, having an access pass sa street is ok na.

wla ko nangwenta bro...to tell you the truth nalingaw ko ghpon sa sinulog pero.ang ako lang. ang crowd..im not telling na dli pwede sila magpicture sa mga dancers kay wla silay ID or any passes pero naa man dyd uban na matawag nato na sobraan rpud.ba. tungod wla may mo handle nila mao na nanumbra nlang pud bisag dli na maayo..tungod lagi lax ra ang seguridad.....i'm not asking to be treated like VIP i thought they are more strict sa kron na sinulog pero wla..

human na jud ang sinulog hehe matolog napod ni akong camera ug pila ka adlaw, pokawon lang ug day-off na, usahay makalimtan pa... for the sinulog wala raman koy blema sa crowd control, wala man ko kasuway nga na hapsay ang crowd control sa street dancing labi na sa rules sa photgraphy. same raman pod last year, paugatay nga mga photographer, mo babag sa queen, mag dalag niño kay pagunitan sa bata nya picturan (pasensya na sa na igo ug ikaw man gani to), sogoon ang bata what to do then picturan, mag dala ug props (niño) basta daghan pa gyud mao ra gihpon last year, pero lingaw raman gihpon kay lingaw2x raman ni akoa gyud.
