im not happy with my Job! wala ga develop ako career sa CMI! sayang ang ako na professional license walay gamit. ingon sila pag interview na i butang nila ko sa position na mag improve ko para madevelop akon career as engineer, hangtud 2 years kain nako dinhi wa guihapon. igo ra ko gpa type2 sa mga report, gpa picture2, kasab-an kpa mau kung dli ka perfect, tapos cute2 pa ang sweldo.
kung wala lang ko frends dinhi ug wala ko nagpaskwela sa ako manghod, muresign daun ko bsan wala pa nagahulat na job.

Im probably the unhappiest regular employee right now, i am behind in every aspect as compared to my batchmates in college. they become full grown engineers as i did not. i know i am much2 blessed compared to the jobless. but since college ive been on top of my class.i never failed anything, i almost got the top 10 spot in the board exam, but in the loss of luck i become almost nothing, i feel im insignificant and im bothered by the fact that my family expects me to earn more because of the status i have when i am still studying. Parang na dissappoint sila. i dont know if i can mentally and emotionally recover from this cause everyday i feel the burden, it affect me in every way, pumapayat na ako!. I dont know what to do, how to motivate my self. i just want to be reborn again.. maybe by dying, we are born again..

First, don't compare yourself with others in a sense that it'll degrade your self-esteem. Use it as an inspiration that if they made it that far, why can't you? Ofcourse you can. You've got more potential. Redeem yourself. You're better than this. Believe and show that you are.

Have you proven them[the company] your worth? Impress and convince them that you're more than capable.
If they don't really buy it, then why not apply for a better job opportunity in another company while you're still working?

Peer pressure, social pressure, pressure from family, etc. are nothing but self-pressure. Stop pressuring yourself. Love and encourage yourself!

happy ko sa ako career karon though lau ra au xa sa ako linya (which is IT). I've tried working in an IT industry before and I am happy also. and walay mahay kung asa nku karon
