hilason jud gamai ang mga Supervisors ang mga agents pa labwanay... labi na mga managers nila mura najud mga god... pipila ra imo ma

hehe and the good thing about this CC company... is that they still want us to be filipino... that's why

nig homan sa shift.. or on the floor pwede ra mag binisaya.... hehe and the company is growing...

and I consider this company big nah.... coz for just 3 yrs... 5 floors na sa skyrise 3 ang ilang na occupy... and they are also planning to have another branch sa dumaguete or ilo ilo... that's what I've heard...

Well inna, this thread was created way back when Q was just starting. Like most new companies, trial and error man jud na siya. But if you will view the comments carefully, they kept getting better and better. It means that Q is improving and the people are starting to get really happy with the company. Read the comments from the people who are CURRENTLY working in the company, not those who have left or was terminated bec. sympre naa jud na mga grudges and bitterness. char! Basta if you will read from the people currently working with Q, most of them are happy with their jobs and with the company.

Admittedly, compared to other call centers kunohay, dili super dako ang pay but in my opinion OK ra kaayo siya 'coz ang account sayon ra jud once you get used to it and if dili lang ka gastador to the max, more than enough ra jud ang pay. The company is improving pa jud. Currently we are occupying from the 9th up to the 14th flr of the skyrise 3 bldg. Undergoing ang construction karon for the 15th flr which will be the companies recreational area. Gym daw ibutang didto and uban pa. Currently we have a sleeping lounge that has better sleeping accomodation than most pension houses or hotels. We have free internet access during your breaks and days off.

In my opinion, maayo jud kaayo ang company. After working for Q in only over a year, I went from an ordinary agent to a higher position (secret kung what position para dili mailhan) hehehe.... The company really has room for professional growth coz they hire people internally. Dili sila mo hire ug high positions from the outside so if you're good with your job, naa jud ka chance ma promote. Then, some may say it's "palakasay" system BUT i deny that jud coz i was promoted without befriending any person higher than my floor supervisor's position. Sariling sikap jud!

Mao ra na ako ikasulti.. basin magtuo sila ADVERTISEMENT ko sa Qualfon.. heheheh.... bitaw, i just believe in giving KUDOS to those who deserves it.

Sa kadto midaut sa Q, that's your prerogative. Think about this though, i know of some agents who resigned, went AWOL, was terminated, moved to other "bigger" CC but are now BACK in Q bec. they regret leaving it the first time around.. oh ha!

I love Q. ... if naa taga HR mo read ani.. ipa read ni ni VICTOR ha... basin diay mahatagan ko LOYALTY BONUS!!! heheheh

Agree ko nimo BRO..Qualfonians sad ko oist since last 2007 to 2008. I yr lng but I never regret Q, the account are so easy..last gani nakong position dd2 kay SUP CALLS pirme..hahahhaha..quiver sa mga cust nga irrates basta dili me affected..hehehhehe..Anyways! go qualfon....naa lng ko sa mas better nga company now but I Q is also best company for me... c melshun, cia na and can testify nga nindot ang Q... .. 3 months palang sya.. gi "sir" na sya sa mga bag-o nga agents kay nag floor walk na sya.... paspas kaau ang promotion, training and opportunities nga ihatag sa imo... so it's ur choice to make the most out of it..

pero downside, cg lang biga sa entertainment section pangita ug chix lol!! peace bro!! kay kuyug raba ta kada kadlawon ..hek hek hek..

Another question : Dapat ba nga NANING kaayo ang agent para ma-promote? Naning to the point nga wa na kai life? Kumust ang shifting? Every week ang ilis sa schedule? Ang RD?

Sure jud nga jamming ang mga TL and all? Sa akong previous ng gworkan, jamming tuod but makafeel gihapon ka sa murag kataas sa ilang position. Labi na ubang TLs nga ambot nalang jud. Haha.
