hi guys, thanks for your comments! the iso i used was 1600. that's the highest already. i also used a compensation value of +0.7. the venue is a bit dark so i had to use 1/125 as my shutter speed. anything higher already made my pictures look too dark. in fact i already adjusted the brightness of most of these pictures. use of flash wasn't allowed during the game.

What about for action/sports shoot during night time? e.g. Indoor basketball, tennis wherein less available light.

This is where those "L" lenses really excel. Even if you shoot a bit under-exposed, images will be good enough for post-processing.

Using RAW also improves post processing capacity...

@sir Beor, medyo matyaga gyud ka to take macro shots dah... very nice. i will try macro photography soon. your shots inspired me to research on some techniques on macro photography. let me share this link that discusses on manual focusing that i found.

ok heres the subject that i shoot 90% of the time...

a bit noisy i forgot to change the iso setting (800)...
its usable anyway and i dont have my noiseware to clean it up now.
300d with kit lens and on-board flash

ako sad unta pabuhatan ug sensor pareho ing-ato ba .. naa man ko diri officemate nibuhat ug pang measure sa speed sa bala sa airsoft ... mao mao raman daw na principle
