Wahehe, nahurot man ciguro ug mention ang mga government agencies sa pinsa bai. So meaning to say grabe na jud d i ang tanang agencies. Aku mutuo noon ko nga walay mapili ang governo diri sa pinas. Tungod man gud ni sa walay saktong pamaagi/wala ge implement ang proper na transparency.

Wala man jud siguroy dili corrupt na official sa tibook kalibotan but because of proper management of transparency maka avoid jud ta ani na issue ky magpanagana man ang official mangawat.

3. department of education

5. bureau of customs
6. philippine national police
7. department of interior and local government
8. arm forces of the philippines
9. national telecommunication commission

2) Congress - (Pork barrel)
3) DepEd - (Biggest budget allocation but where's the result? where's all the money going to?)
