i wonder what makes a salad really good? i mean if i prepare it myself ... it tastes like c@#p! but when i get it from someplace else ... it tastes much better.
anyway, i had a good one at dong juans last sat. (not the caesars but the other one) just can't remember the name.

One of the secrets to great tasting salads is getting the Freshest of Veggies , plus making a killer dressing (non of that lump of butter tasting dressing ) or tops ie grilled chicken , steak cuts , etc
