Before ang Project buhaton ang Goberno ning Gasto na ana kay Government Project man of course naa sab jud gasto ang Goberno pero gamay ra .. mao bitaw na purpose sa PPP aron ma minimize ang cost sa Goberno ....

MCIAA will grant ‘right of way’/usufructuary right/ possessory rights over the project site and relevant
existing assets in favor of the Project Proponent on the Handover Date.
