I'm just against people reacting to a fake article as if it's true. IT IS about the article. If we are trying to bash Nancy (or the ones who voted for her) using made-up things,then we are worse than her.

If you are asking me how she won, I can't say for a fact. My opinion is, all the personal attacks, all the fake accusations we hurled at her, they used it to get the appeal of the masses. They played the underdog card, even when they are some of the biggest dogs around. And well, of course, the BINAY tag on her name.

If the article WERE true, I would've agreed with it.

This is where it starts. Believe in a fake article today, vote for a Politico with false promises the next.
If we condemn the uneducated voters for not doing their research well.
Shouldn't we condemn the EDUCATED voters more for not doing exactly that?

Daghan mga botante nga taga probinsya ... daghan sab mga uneducated and under-educated... botar lang tungod kay popular. If Filipinos voted wisely, you'll never see NOYNOY as President.. or these ex-actors in the Senate, Congress, etc... what do they know? Vilma Santos?

Thing is ... a considerable amount voters don't even consider on how important their vote is. They don't do their research.. check the candidate's background... prepare their list of candidates to vote days or even weeks before the election. They just don't see the importance of the election .... and when CRAP happens way after the election, they whine and moan about how the elected officials are wrong, how corrupt they are, etc....


Screw the article ... people should vote wisely. Being educated allows you to vote more wisely. The voters need to wake up... voting is a serious matter. This article (fake or not) should serve as a wake up call to voters to not take their votes for granted. Vote critically... vote like your tomorrow depends on it (because it does).

I agree 100% with your opinion (the paragraphs with bold letters right?).
And I agree that this fake article should be a wake up call.
But I am just disagreeing on supposedly educated voters not doing their research right.

Anyway, my political opinions may not be too different with yours after all.
We just don't disagree with this fake article and what it should mean and do to us.
That's where I stop.
