actually ang crowd kay naa naman sad sa route. kung naa ka didto sa fuente dapit dili nka ka determine sa mga nagkuyog sa mga dancers ug sa crowd mismo.

Lisod gyud mag shoot during sinulog ug daghang tikasan nga mga photographers - meaning walay respitar sa contest rules. Having an access pass does not include nga pwede ra pud ka mag salipud sa ubang tao - photographer or not. this is just an isolated incident... ngano amongon man ang sponsors na nikon sala ba diay na sa nikon kung naay mga amaw na photographer mu apil? and by the way... expected nana na naay mga ipit sa sinulog. especially kung mu agi mga artista or dagko na float... I am a parent myself and i really discourage people not to bring their "TODDLERS" sa event kay sure na jud na ma ipit or Worst mag stampeed simbako patay jud! so the person should reflect also on her own mistake.. pareho ra na kung ingnon ka na init ang sabaw unya mu higup pa jud ka ug na paso, imo nana sala! I understand why she is so upset. who wont be but this will never happen to me since im not stupid enough to bring my kid in the middle of the crowd knowing there is a big chance my kid gets hurt... maybe wait till the kid grows up at least 4ft, or if you really wanna bring your kid then make sure to be in an elevated place like the stands to minimize the possibilty getting crushed!

most if not all photographers feel entitled to shoot, they have a sense of being elite which is very sad. very few photographers cared about the people watching behind them

I remembered last time kuyog ko photowalk mga 2010 I observed similar attitude esp w/ regard to ethics
kanang makakita ug tiguwang na luoy tawn kaau naa sa roadside and a number of this fellow photogs sa photowalk mga 70% sa akong kuyog they kalit lang they swarm around this poor person as in dul-it gyud to the point they're almost elbowing each other.
ang tiguwang tawn na shock ni siga nalang mata at least man lang unta they initiate some communication or some talk.
And same ahead of the road naa namaligya newspaper nga luot pud porma...same actions.

It's all evident how the camera culture here has become--giunsa nila pag embrace ang photography..is it a hobby with intimate and more deeper sense than just padala sa usu2x?
And how its being hyped also want to earn or commercialize it when people wanted to have a camera of their own para lang dili ma ulahi sa usu?

DI ui kay ang badjao baya survival baya na ilaha and they don't have the benefit of education like most of us
And unsa diay naka social sa mag ilog ug take ug shots?
