the vigilantes are already protecting us from petty crimes..and this is basically done by whacking those criminals before they can even start making another rounds of their unlawful doings....

wrong. it is as if we have already convicted these people to mete out a punishment. did they do the crime they were charged with? without trial, guilt or innocence can never be proven.

protecting us from 'petty crimes' by instituting a henious crime. now that is a sight. honestly, that's a pretty stupid idea. you simply cannot eliminate criminality by putting another brand of criminality on its place. that's a no-brainer. i bet most of the people agreeing with summary killings do not even understand the dynamics of crime.

now, the best thing this criminals can do for now is to save their pathetic lives by migrating outside of cebu where they deemed safe to start there ventures anew..and maybe the cebuanos can say that there is too less criminals in the city, and that will make it a better place to live again....[sigh]

now it gets even more delicious. we do not like our garbage so we throw it to the neighbors.
