why do we need to bring our own stuff?

- because its a lan party??
- we prefer to play the games with our rigs.
- its not all about games (filesharing )

why won't you bring your "own stuff"? too heavy? afraid to move your 200k PC? the games listed can be changed anytime depending on the decision of the group (the regulars). if we are able to get a copy of a new release that has good MP ratings we try it.

you can visit us during our lan party. why don't you give it a try? :mrgreen:

i asked because i really dont know what happens in lan parties...
and i dont have gadgets and gizmos..
i just play in a cafe

you just need a PC dude. any PC that is able to play the games above.. no gadgets or gizmos required.

it's hella fun i've been attending these lan parties once a month for the past 2 years straight.. no absences hehe it's that good.

@kawatan: ^ I think thats the definition of LAN Paty. A gathering of people together with their computers, which they connect together in a local area network (LAN) primarily for th e purpose of playing multiplayer computer games, sharing stuff's and etc.. So generally BYOPC (Bring Your Own PC).
