why are choyadgreat, salabhis, ironmack and now bearish and payaso attacking the messenger i thought the rules here are to react to the message with your logic.

i think in my last post i posted the reasons in which the house of representatives made a way to make some of these districts into a congressional district.

for instance:

City of San Juan: Is entitled to have 1 congressman regardless of number of people because it is now apart of Metro Manila. And the constitution says that Metro Manila Cities are entitled to have atleast a representative.

Dinagat Island Province: The constitution says that a province should have a representative, regardless of its population.

Other reasons maybe that: The city within an already formed congressional districts have differences. For instance cities in Mindanao, in which a majority have muslim population and other cities have a majority of Christian population.

And etc...etc...etc....now my question again is...which one would you think should we use to make as a reason to separate mandaue from the district with consolacion and cordova?

fair enough bro ... i too am for what's good for my City ... that's why i'm doing this to show the BOLAY-OG and his minions that there is a way ... ... mura man gud sila nangita ug paagi nga dili mahimong congressional district ang atong Mandaue ... if true then where is the BOLAY-OG representative of ... ? ...

dodong ironmack ... the fact alone that there are these 14 exemptions means that the requirement is not a hard and fast rule that BOLAY-OG wants us to believe ... if indeed BOLAY-OG wants to help ... then he can use this argument to correct the 20 year wrong done to Mandaue ... because there are congressional districts that don't make the requirement ... like the 3rd district of Manila ...

so nabanhaw naka ... pag research pag usab dong kay ang imo nasa'ng mga punto are shot full of holes ... we need only one precedent to make Consolacion/Cordova a congressional district ... so they wont be orphans when we make a 20 year correction and make my Mandaue a Lone Congressional District ...

unsa man diay nang 3rd district Manila ... ok ra ... ?! ... if the requirement is at least 1 district to a metro Manila City then a 3rd district means there is a 1st and 2nd ... ergo the 3rd should be superfluous as it doesn't meet the population requirement ...
