Per Presidential Decree 851, all employees are entitled to 13th Month Pay provided that they have rendered work for at least one (1) month within the calendar year.

Employment Cut-Off Payment Date

Employees hired from November 25, 2011 to December 02, 2011 on January 07, 2012 (depende sa inyo payoutcycle)

nka work ko sauna na ng start ko nov 28, wla jud ko naapil sa hatag sa 13th month. feel nko wla jud mo madawat ana guro kay ang-ang na kaayo ba ang date sa pgka hire ninyo. wla lng sd unta to niingon ang taga payroll ninyo pra dli mo mg expect.

normally naayman jud na cut-off. As in the case with TP, twice na cla mag release ug 13th month (which is by the way lawful too). mid and end of year (gitunga). I really believe nga naabtan mo sa cut-off for the 13th month for the end of the year release which was released last Dec 12. Though your days with the company are counted but would be due for release by Mid year. As for the Payroll Associate...na sayop lang jud cguro to cya. Well we all commit mistakes but I understand your frustrations...lisod baya mag dahum.
