From Memorandum no. ADZ-2010-11-1

HID headlamps - these types of lamps are allowed for as long it has complied with the following:
 Complied with BCG-MC-99274, March 23, 1999
• Shall not be DAZZLING on the driver of the oncoming vehicle

Wrong retrofitting without projector lamp is DAZZLING! so dakop..

HID's must NOT be used with Reflectorized headlamps (your stock halogen headlamps) But with Projector headlamp only.

Complied with RA4136 Sec. 34(c)
- White or Yellowish lights
- Equipped with device for varying the intensity of light
(High and Low Beam capable)

HID Temp. other than white/yellowish light color and has no hi/lo switch are violations of RA 4136. so dakop..

I don't know how will you interpret "Shall not be dazzling on the driver of the oncoming vehicle" ?? gakpon man gani ang halogen lamp lang nga naka high permi or na misalign ang light beam.

Just like what i said on other older threads about HID's, kuwang ug implementation of law atong mga enforcer even LTO-TFA season2x lang ang pagpankop.. para nako motor or awto nga dili mao ang pag retrofit sa HID are irresponsible and must be apprehended.

DAZZLING is subjective bro(meaning lalisonon pa na, opposite sa subjective is objective), so again dapat dili sila manakop. I'm happy to know that you had already posted on the other older thread that HID installation should have a LAW on specification.

About the height sa agent, sample ra to nako bro. Diba ang TFA Agent man ang mo dakop nya nagbarog? So sila ang maka judge if DAZZLING ang incoming car/motorcycle that's why I said it's subjective ang basis sa pagdakop sa HID bec. there's no standards defined in the LAW. Sample standards sa light bro ay sa US, Oregon http://www.leg.state.or.us/ors/816.html and go to section 816.050

Since subjective ang pagdakop sa TFA and there's no accurate law on regulation and specification of what is really accepted and legal aftermarket HID installation in our country then walay solid basis ang TFA nga modakop sa HID installed motorcycles.


Lastly, your point nga kung maglingkod ang 5'11 or 4'11 sa car seat same ra sila ug visual height? hhmmm I think medyo sayop ka ani, this is not to offend shorter people but a shorter height human has shorter torso(sa bisaya pa ang lawas), so inig lingkod ani nila ubos ila panglantaw. Have u noticed naa mga women driver halos dili makita ang nawong or agtang ra makita inig sugat nimo while you're also driving on the opposite lane. Ila nawong natabunan sa steering wheel nya ang agtang ra sa driver nakita. So does that make a difference or not on the visual height in reference to the driver?

P.S.

Kung madakpan mo kay tungod sa HID nya ipa tang2x gani ayaw mo ug tuo. Wala sila rights mokuha sa imo HID. That is your private property and you own it, you bought it and it's your right to keep it. Ug dili sad sila kapugos ug patang2x ana nimo. Nobody can force you what to do on your private property. Know your rights. Lastly, It's never stated in any of the LTO Laws or philippine constitution nga bargohon ang head lamp/HID kung madakpan. Ingna lang nga pa issue lang ka ug TOP. Kung magstorya na mo sa TFA, be humble and courteous don't be offensive or provoking sa TFA, they feel they are empowered so taas na sila ug garbo. Taronga lang ug explain nya pasabta sila nga wala ka nakabasa ana sa balaod nga bargohon or naa sa memorandum nga allowed ang HID basta naa lang hi/lo beam. Use their strength as their weakness.

pangitaa diri ug naka state bah diri nga bargohon ang HID/LAMP. Almost all penalties for traffic violation are fines and fees.

same experience pero nka tapad lang nako kato cbr 600 dungan me pg check point.. toinkz gipa agi ra nya ako ni hunong?
ana ko WTF? my MC is R150r hunong jud ky underbone man kung cbr 150 pato dli guro ko hunong or ninja 250. size does matter
