i think there should be a basis when selling to somebody a highly venomous specimen.

lower the price= more irresponsible people will buy since mu ingon rana, aw barato raman na ba, kung mamatay ok lang, sulayang lang gud. dili na sila masakitan. i understand na sa mga responsible hobbyist ok ra ang mugbo na price, palit dayun kay take the opportunity, but we should look at also na kung managhan ang mga mu palit kay hala "tarantula" dagko nga kaka cool ni, nya dili diay kahibaw mu alaga, kung naay ma hitabo nila kita tanan ma apektado.

try to consider these things when selling your specimen to somebody :

1. age - if underage ang buyer then dako ang risk nga dli xa responsible
2. experience - does the buyer have ENOUGH experience to have your specimen?

ang mga seller pud mismo ang mo himo ug pa agi ani. suggestion ra pud ni.. nara ninyo ug gusto jud mog regulated price wa tay ma hems ana kamoy na maligya.

but at what age shud we consider na dili jud pwede baligyaan? and how do we tell his/her age? or if he/she is telling the truth about their age.

sa experience, how do you know if the buyer is already experienced invert keeper or not? if he/she is telling the truth about his/her experience?

sakto ka bro, ang seller ra ang maka-regulate kun kinsa iya baligyaan.

lisod kaau masunod nang regulated price or standard price. mismo sa manila, lain2 man gani ang pricing. walai nagregulate didto sa ila baligya.
pero basin cguro pwede na ang price range...

pareha sa mga vegetables na baligya sa merkado, this is regulated by DTI, a government agency, DTI only set a price for them. but this is not religiously followed by the vendors. I doubt if naa ba na-punish sa wala pagsunod sa DTI.

pero sa inverts, walai government agency na nagprice ani. mga sellers ra jud.

pero kun moingon tag price range..naa gihapon taas og ubos nga price ang mga sellers.

and what can we do to the sellers that doesn't follow the price range?
di man sad pwede multahan....wai legal personality nga mo-multa nila.

para nako malabo....

I hope someone can do this price regulation thing.
