hmmn... Due to a fiber cut, so mao diay tong dili ko ka connect sako proxy the other day nyahaha...

Service interruption covering selected areas in Visayas and mindanao... But this issue has been already resolved naman siguro.. =)

Globe offers free call, text, browsing for customers affected by disruption

"FOLLOWING the network glitch that affected its mobile and broadband services in the Visayas and Mindanao areas, Globe Telecom plans to compensate its subscribers affected by the service disruption.

In a statement sent to Sun.Star Cebu, Globe Telecom said it is giving free call, text or mobile browsing services to customers who were affected by the disruption last Monday.

Subscribers will be informed via SMS on how to avail of the services not later than May 17.

“Globe assures its subscribers that the service disruption was an isolated case which involved multiple fiber cuts. Initial findings indicate that one of the causes was weather-related,” said Yoly Crisanto, Globe’s corporate communications head."
