For one someone who really knows the music industry to begin with or rather accomplished in that area like Lea Salonga.

Two, another accomplished artist of a different medium something to do with painting/etc.

Mas daghan og avenues to showcase 'talents' ang Talentadong Pinoy. Nya ganahan ko sa hosting style ni Ryan Agoncillo. He knows his stuff. And the judges and talent managers/searchers are ok too.

They can do better than Kris and Ai Ai, much more when it comes to contribution to the entertainment industry. They know the ins and outs. I think they can at least distinguish what's talent and what's not.

Actually ang upat ka searchers(they interchange also) diha sa Talentadong Pinoy are part of the judging team pero naa pa sa ila luyo nga mo-judge sad sa talent. And they are part of the madlang people (as in all walks of life pwede maapil ani) selected by the Talentadong Pinoy management.

But then lahi man ang format sa TP kay sa ABSGT so......

i think naa ni wild card tapos huthut from text votes sa madlang people para mas marami ang kwarta makuha ng ABS. Oks ang strategy no?

first palang sa PGT wa na ko ganahe kay everytime naay guapo maglugwa dayon ang mga mata sa judges they dont act like judges. nagpaila lang jud sila. they are not professionals
