nice ni TS..pro nakaapan mn pud gud ani kay wla mn gud tarung nga mga trash bins ang city...and the bins that they placed all over the city is not set up properly and i guess they are not allocated to well enough. If we can have those cguro people will tend to throw their trash properly and that penalties would be applicable...
