SMART BRO connection here in our place is getting way out of hand. cge lng kaputol, ug naa man gani...grabe ka hinay sa net..hahaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaayzzz.... last night I called their HOTLINE....it lasted for 30 minutes before their agent accepted the call... it sounded like the agent slept and when I asked her questions, she replied in a dead point manner. and until now connection keeps on getting cut off...

anyway, if im not mistaken, they only leased the lines on bigger ISPs here in Cebu. They connect thru the cables from Globe, PLDT, and Bayan DSLs. So as with Sky Cable's network.
by the way, afaik, they are one of the oldest internet service provider here in our place.
